Symposium “Lights and urban shadows. The landscape of light”
Urban environmental conditions led to the formation of emerging ecosystems. The characterization, dissemination and management of these ecosystems are key to managing diversity. The daylight and artificial light alters the structure and functioning of urban ecosystems. A new approach to research: the effect of light and shadow in the selection and adaptation of biodiversity in the services provided by ecosystems and the behavior and welfare of the population in Mexican cities.
